It's totally up to you but some ways to improve the blog are 1) The top part of the blog's sidebar should contain the most important things to you, some may prefer ads, or chatbox.. 2) About that list of friends, maybe you can create another blog specifically for that list. and just put up the link there 3) And I agree if you cut down the number of post shown, to make it load faster. But if you do that, you will need the RECENT POST function in your sidebar. Just my 2 cents |

But ever since I added the leaderboard ads, I moved it down. Reason I put time and music on top is because I treat my blog as a home, clock and music player are important accessories.
