Got feeling that you are using 1d series plus a super L lens.. 500mm L IS USM perhaps? drool.gif

Can you share some techniques on panning? would love to learn some.

All i know is, to use monopod, ai servo, burst frame. and to time and frame. Shutter speed varies from 1/30 ~1/60 perhaps?
