hi guys,,
want to ask abit here..
mine just active my maxis 3g yesterday,
the question is my transmiter by sometimes 3g but sometimes 3.5g..why that happen? are this thing kacau my monthly bills?

normally it wont unless u go internet a lot. 3.5g is faster than 3g. the system would go for the fastest speed available.

hi all gurus, need help with omnia i8000 settings for Maxis

i tried retrieving settings for my i8000 phone from the maxis website, but untill now, there are no automatic configuration for the phone. i tried manual configuration, but MMS, 3G and GPRS doesn't work...

anyone can help?

Upto date my settings for 3G and MMS still doesnt work. Im using Sony Ericsson K610i..any suggestion..??

not at all.
your bill will remain the same.(u will be charged for wat u used)
3g & 3.5g is only the speed of the network.

hey guys,

need some help here. I've called digi 4 times today to activate my mms.
Each time i tried i press yes to install the setting, i get this:

"authentication failed, setting discarded"

I did everything they asked me to do, delete data comunications settings, type SETUP send to 2000, download each WAP and MMS seperately...etc etc, but i still get back that msg.

I tried to download 4 times already but i still get that msg.
Anyone got the same problem before?

does hotlink has online customer service?
I had the same problem also, went to digi online customer service and the lady guided me step by step on how to configure manually..
works after that

oh, what i meant was, going online and chat with one of the customer service personel there. She will guide u step by step how to configure manually...
I talked to digi's online personel and she was very kind to guide me step by step for almost an hour...

U need to clear all your setting in your phone first.
Once comfirmed empty, only proceed to get the setting via sms, website, or call up.
If still really cant get, my suggestion is to backup your phone data, then give a restore phone setting to factory restored.
Then try to get da setting again...

Need help in sending MMS using VERTU Ferrari model.
i've activate the MMS. tried send setup to 2000 but no model found. and there is nothing much i can change inside message setting

it's a dual sim phone. can't send MMS with both Maxis n Digi
