Very good location
- 2 minutes walk from shops (7-11, famous 'Naan Corner' food stall, minimart)
- 5 minutes walk to Petronas (24/7 McDonalds, Jusco Supermarket), ISKL, Mutiara International School
- 10 minutes walk to Ampang Point (Giant), lots of shops around it.

Transportation Access
- 3 minutes walk to nearest bus+taxi stop
- 10 minutes walk to Ampang Point bus hub (connects to like, everywhere)
- 20 minutes walk to Ampang LRT station

Facilities (common area): Fridge, Cooking Facilities, Water heater (Hot shower)
Amenities: 'Kedai Runcit', Swimming Pool (w/ Cafeteria)

Furniture in room: Double bed (Queen size I think), Clothes Cabinet

Asking for RM350/month rental. Negotiable. Very good price for this prime location, for the size of the room.

Reason why the room will be vacant: I am kicking out the current couple because of domestic violence behavior shown by the male tenant, including damage done to common property and countless sleepless nights to the other tenants due to shouting and violent sounds in the middle of the night when he is drunk, and suspicions that he's domestic abusing his lady, besides being very dirty.

Update on status as of 27/8: Small room now rented out, Master room empty available for rent! Updated original post with new info

Added on October 11, 2008, 10:41 amUpdate on new status as of 11/10: Medium room available for rent from November 2008.
