hey for 4g13, is it okay to change to 421 extractor and add centre bullet, while using the stock piping?

QUOTE(Oly @ Aug 12 2009, 04:39 PM)
i think stock oledi 4-2-1...

depending on which batch, older saga iswara has vr short and restrictive 4-2-1 extractor... hence it is recommended to upgrade a tuned length 4-2-1 aftermarket extractor...

on the other hand, some newer lmst model uses a longer 4-2-1 extractor which is similar to wira se 4-2-1 extractor... that one if dun change also nvm...

pic below shows the stupid oem 4-2-1 extractor... or we should call it exhaust manifold as it is molded from cast iron..

Want to ask.
If i were to swap an EFI kit from a UK spec Iswara(auto) with the carburetor kit from my saga(manual).. what complications will occur?both are running on 1.5 blocks.
I know its easy for the saga since most parts are plug and play but how about the Iswara?it's an auto ..it'll have a TCU that needs to rely on the ECU to change gears right? so if there's no ECU, how will it change gears?if i leave the ECU back in the iswara, no use also right as there's no need for an ECU if it's running on carb.

Guide me.thx!

Yeap, but carbureted setup doesn't have an ECU.. and the saga will only need the ECU since it's a manual.. wonder what should be done on the iswara to make it move, if the gearbox has a TCU that relies on an ECU >_>
