user of Deluge 0.5.6.2 on Ubuntu 7.04 and it works greats.. thumbup.gif and latest update Deluge release was announced couple of weeks.. but Ubuntu official repositories still not update yet. And I could just remove the Deluge package and download the Deluge source but seem new update just minor fix so left it be..

if that doesn't work try a clean install, i.e uninstall deluge, delete the preference folder (as RangerRed said above, but not just one file, the whole deluge folder), restart ur ur comp, and install deluge back. should be running good that way.

Try this instead, start deluge, get the runtime thingy, close it, now open task manager, look for a process called deluge-daemon bus or something like that, terminate it, and deluge.exe if it is running, delete deluge folder in program files and deluge folder in documents & settings. Restart your PC, install latest deluge or whichever version your pc is comfortable with, when it prompts you for your port settings etc.. press forward all the way and let deluge start. If it works, then you set your settings. Do this atleast twice before you give up. Sometimes its just screwy.

If the above doesnt work, heres what worked for me. do the above step, but dont install deluge once you restarted ur pc. Go to google and search for a program called Tune up utilities 2008. They have a fully working trial version, download it, install, and run 1-click maintainence, what this software does is clear all your unused, orphan and bad registrys, program shortcuts or whatever thats not suppose to be in your PC anymore, once thats done, reboot, reinstall deluge, try to get the latest VC++ too.

should be working now.

Yup, slow connection here, but some tracker can still get full speed.

This Deluge 0.5.8RC1 (22 December 2007) is 0.5.7.95 right?

And please people, don't post screenshots of your downloads via Deluge here. Keep it to yourself.
