I'm planning to get this in the weekend. Anyone owns this? any feedbacks?

ive got a friend of mine that bought one 2 years back....he said it wasnt effective and a waste of money and time his abs were not showing lol still big tummy...
personally i think its a waste of money too...you can do crunches at home without using those ab thingy...its just as effective...you cant get those 6 packs by just doing crunches tho...it must come with a combination of cardio + a very clean diet
but thats just my 2 cents

You can get cheaper one at Carrefour. Better than normal sit-up especially if u have problem doing a normal sit-up properly. Of course, u must have the patience and hardworking to see the result ...

should get it together with the Chest Master 3000 as well...
get your 6 packs and big chest in only 6 mins a day... 3 mins for abs and 3 mins for chest...
by 2 months, you can look like Rain.

There's a bicep energy drink sold somewhere. Drink it before your bicep workout and your bicep will grow nicely within 5minutes. Good for gunz.
