German route getting slower now days (tmnut fault).

and your unmeter us server still not yet fix (kick out bitcomet user)

Ignore that error message. A loophole was soon discovered to open the ports after that.

Unfortunately, our US Premium server hardware is having big issue. We'll be closing that server soon and source for alternative because our provider refuses to admit that it is a hardware issue and issist that it is a kernel issue. Ironically, our other servers are running the same kernel and we do not see any reliability issues.




We are both very tied up recently by a project which we have spent 2+ months working on it. Hopefully the project will be closed soon and after that we will diagnose this issue thoroughly.

I really frustrated with the speed recently. I've done some test. I connected to Carbon and Hydrogen using diff IP such as 219.95, 119.100, 218.111, 60.48, and 218.208..Before this my best speed was using 219.95 to connect DE premium which is to Carbon. I ping to secureax.com also only average 370ms. But recently, even before connected to VPN, i used different IP to ping diff websites, it always gimme constant timeout. And after connected to vpn using diff IP, some can ping up to 1000ms. My emule from 130KB/s dropped to 10 KB/s. Is there anyway to resolve it? Thanks.

When 2 servers are giving you such problem, it means that your routing to the server is having issue. Please do a traceroute and email to us at support[at]secureax.com

am having the same problem with Carbon Server in Germany...since 2 weeks ago....

One of german premium server down pass few day. and speed getting slower now days ..chinese torrent

Unmeter US server problem still exits (kick out P2P ).


*Should blame bad TMNUT route or network provider.

Any solution yet? (2month over...)

Carbon (Germany) server was up since yesterday, getting max speed now ^^

PM me for trial ??? URGENT NEED ...

After happy for 1 day, problem came back again. Connected to Carbon server, ping range from 800-1100ms to any website again. Getting less than 20KB/s from usual 130KB/s. Sad.

You may need to do a traceroute to our Germany server from your computer, without connection to VPN to ensure that it is not your international routing problem.
