Excuse me.
I purchased your service (Bronze VPN package). and I only intended to use it for 1 month, so i did not check the recurring charge thing. but why am I being charged for another months worth?. Is there anyway I can cancel my package and must I still pay for the service I did not intend to buy?.

In case anyone is interested to know how our billing system works.

An invoice will be generated for you 14 days before your service expires, which will give you enough time to make us the payment and renew the services.

If you choose to pay us via Paypal, your Paypal account will automatically pay us just before the service expires, unless you login to your Paypal account and cancel the Subscription.

If at any time you wish to unsubscribe to our services, you just have to email us and no questions will be asked.
