Thanks for sharing your screenshot with us. For some reasons, the link is not working. Anyway, by removing the .th from your thumbnail image, I think this is the link to the actual size:

I just get the Free account 2 days ago, this is before they separated the free & paid account server.

Just testing the normal browsing via VPN, the connection is quite fast and stable. No slowness like normal VPN connection. I will just use the free account for while I'm on mobile. Thanks for the service, keep it up! Appreciate it smile.gif

Hi boring,
Thanks for applying for the free account. Well, there are simply lots of free accounts requests that were granted access, so obviously I don't know which is yours, haha.

By the way, we have not separated the free & paid account servers yet because the new server was just ready a few hours ago. I will have to wait for Mr.Tan to configure the server before it is ready to be used by the paid accounts.

I'm expecting the server to be ready in few days' time after configuration & stress test. Load-balancing will also be setup for paid account to enjoy higher availability of the service.

Anyway, thanks for writing the kind words for us. Really appreciate your time to do that.

Enjoy!

Hi yangxi,
Which Streamyx plan are you using? With total speed of 193KB/s, it looks like you're using 1.544mbps ~ 2mbps package? biggrin.gif

That's a good speed, haha!

Hi,

Been trying the 1-day trial vpn service by secureAX since last night. So far, im quite happy with the speed. The average speed i can get with private tracker was 83.0kB/s while on public tracker, i can get around ~65kB/s. Perhaps the speed can increase when i subscribe it later on brows.gif

Hello sendo,
Yes, you should expect the speed increment after signing up because of the new server on *premium* network that's on its way. Still under testing, mostly for its load-balancing & failover setting for our paid customers smile.gif

Glad that you enjoy the speed.

Thanks.

Thank you for the support so far. We are left with 2 coupon for "michaelfoo".

This is due to the upgrading of account from "freeaccount" to this coupon code.

As there is increasing demand, our new server are scheduled to be deploy within this week.

Hi doubleton,
This is the 3rd time I'm replying to you:
1 - Ticket
2 - My Lowyat PM
3 - This post

Well, I'm repeating the answer again here. We do understand the importance of private opened port in P2P but unfortunately, due to service abuse reasons, the port will not be opened for free & trial key users.

Thank you for your understanding.

Update: michaelfoo coupon has 1 LAST LEFT

doubleton: I regret to inform you that we are unable to open port for you because it appears that you just joined Lowyat Forum today to sign up for our services and in fact strictly speaking, our trialkey is only available for Lowyat Forum members with above 100 posts

just now when i connect to the VPN server, then i check my IP online, it still shows my streamyx IP instead of the securax's server IP

Hi Beach_Boy(R),
I suggest you to submit a ticket to SecureAX as Lowyat Forum does not allow support queries to be done here.

Do provide your username when you submit a ticket.

Thanks.

Hi All,

I regret to inform you that we are no longer issuing free VPN account at the moment as the Free VPN server is full now. We will reintroduce freeaccount once we have slots again. Don't worry! This does not mean that we are totally discontinuing the free VPN account. No. It will be back again. Stay tuned

Today is indeed a busy day for us. Thanks for all the signups (both free and paid) and I'm announcing that the coupon "michaelfoo" has been sold out
