From anandtech review, i extracted these datas to see which CPU air cooler is the most value buy.

I think XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 is the best bang for the buck CPU cooler.

you missed out xigmatek, its the best bang for buck. My vote goes to it Xigmatek S1283. RM100 less than Ultra120 extreme but loses out only by 3-5c.
