So even it got poured by drinks or maybe inks still able to get rid of it? By dry cleaning? I apology, I'm no good with all this clothing wash. I usually let the women do it.

What is your business planning status now? Able to make it on February yeah?

if ink/blood/rust, we have to manually remove it but you as a customer have to tell us 1st for the stains to avoid any sort of confusion.

my suggestion, clean more save more concept... like those coffee house, after 10 stamps then got free 1 cleaning service... this is because those laundry shop all have the same price, to make sure your client comes to u every time, u need to do that... BUT your friendly service is very important, try to make friends with your client... relationship is better than the stamping concept..... good luck!

Hi TS! Congratulation to you first thumbup.gif

Well, I personally doesn't send my laundries to laundry outlet much. But there is few times I happened to face this problem. I'm not sure bout other outlets, but we usually worked till very late, and even we adjust our time to off work punctual, due to the traffic jam, we might reach the laundry outlet late and close. So the next day, I come again and is close.

What i would like to suggest is that maybe to open the outlet later just for people who work quite late or due to traffic jam, can pick up their laundry. Not untill midnight but 9pm will be sufficient.

Another suggestion is that usually laundry outlet will use lots of plastic bag right? And I personally feel that is just not environmental friendly. Perhaps you can start using fabric bag that has been practiced by western shopping complex...whereby customer may bring their own bag, or provided by the outlet itself...TS, you can find supplier that provide these bag, with fair amount to be charged and refundable if not using it.

Good luck TS, is nice to know you being entrepreneur, and perhaps i would learn much from you too as well... rclxms.gif

Viper provided good and constructive suggestions there. It would be better if the operating hour is extended a bit to accommodate the mentioned customers.
