IN USA, many people become millionaires by doing this business....through hard work n efforts.

I suggest you read more about their success stories , copy and adopt to suit malaysia life sytle.

I will provide all laundry services including dry cleaning, rate not yet confirmed....

start up cost is around rm80k including machines, shop renovation, shop tenancy (2+1), legal immigran workforce (1) and other laundry stuffs such as hanger, detergent, softener....etcetc, yes got dry cleaning

there's no laundry anywhere near it although the road is damn busy, hopefully I will be successful.....everybody pray for me

Can't say per annum, but I expect to cover my capital within less than 2 years, is God wills it

normal wash/dryer - by kg
dry cleaning/iron - by piece

You should use internet and email to communicate with regular customers. Even say Hello to them will be fine over email . I seldom see this type of business using internet. You can get a lot of database from there.You can add in more items to sell to them at later stage, after all rental is odeli fixed regardless you do more or not. People love to get everything within one place.

Do you provide pick up services as well ?

as TS said. cover cost, which is around 80k in 2 years.

yes, I'm planning to do these kinda services as well, thanx for suggesting it, i really need them. about the pickup service, i'm planning to buy a used minivan with a little modification at the back for hanging clothes...thanx again

regarding the 80k in 2 years is just my projected profit, not the exact. 2 years according the experienced laundryman is the most, we may cover the capital within slightly more than a year....it may take up to 1 year to be established

i personally thik that location and promotion is most important...

getting regular customers tru loyalty cards offer them special rates make them happy =)

location wise uni and college is good... another area to look at is around apartments and commercial housing area
