simple. Its because they do not believe it cost effective. They have to pay for license of windows mobile 6.1 etc etc etc etc.
suns8360, u're wrong about them not recommending it, honestly, HTC really knows crap about modding pdas, their technicians dont know much, i've used 6.1 on Touch Cruise and no problem, damn fast. Hell, even the cooked roms for tytn2 outperform the official rom. thats how sucky the official HTC roms are. @jonrwg, google XDA developers forum and go download and read up on cooked roms |

Ours would be the WWE version right? |

NO risk No gain... but theory also said ... Take risk on your own accord,,,, anywrong on your HTC TC ... you only have "YOU" to be blame.... |

Sometime, engineer thinking is a bit different with user thinking. that's why we modded. Just my personal view only. |

Was reading XDA and noticed how a lot of buyers have had their screen cracked etc. Is it very common in PDA phones or is it just TC? Any forumers have had this problem?

I got an issue with my TC. If I locked the device, then there is a slim chance that I couldn't unlock it back again.
The symptom : the 'Unlock' word is untouchable due to being replaced by 'Notification'. It happen if the PDA is in 'Device Locked' mode and there is a notice that i miss call or new sms just coming in. If i touch the 'Notification' then the notice gone and replace by 'Calendar'. Touch the 'Calendar' and nothing happen. So, the 'Unlock' word just dissappear! The interim solution : Reset the PDA. Occurence : 3 times since bought it in April 2008. Anyone having this kind of problem? Help! |

Hey, just wondering... Can this device print directly from the PDA without having to be synchronized with the computer first? I mean connect directly to the printer through USB Cable (preferably this one) or Bluetooth printers?
