yes... maxis have a limitation. Above 5th floor, they do not allow any subscription as their coverage is below 5th floor.

if you took notice, izzione is mainly for laptop users only.
izziyou could be used on laptop and desktop.
izzipro is people who would like to share their connection.

Added on November 29, 2007, 3:30 amoh... in the market, the price for izzione had been reduced to RM66. If you are a laptop user only, you can purchase that.

anyway, thanks to eric cos can stand with tons of complain from me laugh.gif . this CNY you will get the best luck ever rclxms.gif

Sorry, i didn't check this thread for quite sometime. but anyhow, I am not too sure if shah alam sectioin 24 have any coverage...
Previously, mutt stays at section 23 shah alam and izzi website/customer service said that there is no coverage and when i went there to test the signal, it was like 50%. but i told him to add the omni anthenna and he got pretty good coverage. If you wish, perhaps a test run is to best proof.

hi,

right now im using izzi to post in this thread tongue.gif and the signal fluctuate between 50% - 60% without omni antenna but using the small antenna. sometimes the signal can up to 80%. i live at Sek23 so i think there shouldnt be any problem for Sek24 to get the signal. btw, i can sell my omni to u at cheaper price tongue.gif believe me, u wont regret sign up thru eric cos he'll give u the best support ever laugh.gif

Added on February 28, 2008, 2:48 ami think izzi quite stable cos so far im not experiencing disconnection during online. just happened once cos the tower got technical problem and they manage to solve the problem after 14hours (from 10pm-12pm on the next day).

streamyx (based on 15 months subscription)
88x15 = RM1320
phone bill 30x15=RM450
adsl modem = RM120
activation fee = RM75
stamp duty = RM10
installation fee = RM88 (optional)
total = RM2063

izzi
98x13 = RM1274 + 2months free ( i got another free 1 months donno why)
phone bill = n/a
usb modem = free
activation fee = RM82
stamp duty = n/a
installation fee = very easy to install. no need to configure anything.(sales assistant will help u for free)
total = RM1356

RM2063-RM1356 = RM707 (saving)

plus no ask refund policy (but rm180 will be deducted as admin fee. streamyx also got penalty what..)

plus good/friendly sales agent (that's eric. other agent donno laugh.gif).. (streamyx customer service sometimes can help u nothing!)

hope that izzi will expand their coverage to the whole Msia and upgrade the speed to 2mbps.. then can compete with celcom 3.5G (sorry to say that for me, celcom broadband can give more mobility and better speed but not many ppl can afford since the modem is expensive and bond by long term contract)

that's all my izzi review.. hehe...

For the first time, you can pay through credit card/cash. and after the 15th month of usage, and you would like to top up, you could always pay cash. There is no hidden cost.

Added on February 29, 2008, 12:14 amThank you for the review mutt. it's a pleasure serving you.

there is no upfront payment or whatsoever. you'll have to pay the full amount either by cash/card. There is no deposit needed.
