I have my mobo sent in to claim warranty before CNY, until now also no news. First they said I can have my mobo somewhere in end of March, then I called up the girl in services dept telling me that she cant promise when my mobo will be back after I did not have any news on my mobo on March. Feel like want to bamboo the girl on the phone already... what service is this ??

i have a question. other than cash & credit card, what other kind of payment methods do u guys accept from an individual purchaser?

i plan to get a new PC system from u guys but i dun feel safe carrying over 2k of cash with me. and if i pay by credit card, the 2% interest is gonna be a bomb!

so is there any way else? help me out here so i can give u guys business soon. haha. thx.

well, TS from the date of your thread until now i believe they have improved already. bought my pc from them about a week ago, my dvd got a bit of noise problem. when i sent it back to them they gave me a new one rclxms.gif recently motherboard also got problem...... sent it back n they replaced a new one for me same day rclxms.gif

unless they manufacture dvd and motherboards i'll blame them otherwise as a retailer/ distributor very glad in how they responded.

This is what I dont, wasting warranty time and wasting consumer time and money. They think travelling and phone calls no need money kah?!

Every shop in LYP also offering this same within 7days one to one nothing special should extend it to 30days. Now I dont buy things from Cycom anymore after what I been through there, no matter how friendly is the boss smile.

My advise to Cycom, improve your warranty services or prepare to lose more customers.
