it doesn't mean that u left that much space for the video recording, it shows that each time u can record how long in each setting.

BTW I saw a thread that you mention On-The-Go technology for portable HDD. Is that how to transfer photos directly from camera to HDD without PC?

I don't think so. Mine was sold and delivered directly by Amazon.com

I don't actually own a OTG portable HDD, But they are many sellers here selling the Multimedia player HDD enclosure with OTG function. You should be able to perform on-the-go file transfer from Sd card to OTG devices without PC. But I hate carrying a HDD when travel because it is prone to vibration damage. Therefore my cheaper solution to this is, I bring along a 8 gb thumb drive as contingency storage and when needed just get the hotel staff to help transfer the file or go to internet cybercafe.

Thanks for the explanation. Do you have any link to the sellers here for the MM player HDD with OTG function?

Hey, what's your timeline for the battery directly by Amazon.com? Before Christmas = Before 12th Dec?

To me, 320GB for occasional OTG data transfer requirement is too much of overkill. But it boils down to individual need and preference respectively. I got an external 2.5" HDD spoilt by just dropping from a height of 1 inch.

Like I said I'm looking beyond just OTG for occasional use. It would be the dedicated container for all family photos & vids, rather than me booting up the PC to search various HDDs.
Hey thanks for the tip on not dropping the 2.5"HDD, by the way what brand and model is it?
