Iblis: Can you introduce yourself?
Ks`Xiaogui: My name is Lee Wen Chek a.k.a Ks`Xiaogui. I'm the spokesperson and the captain of Kingsurf and I'm 19 years old.


Iblis: How was Kingsurf formed?
Ks`Xiaogui: This team actually been around in the DotA scene in Malaysia for quite sometimes. The current Kingsurf team that you see now consist of 3 old Kingsurf team members (Ks`Ice, Ks`X|aOma and myself) and 2 ex-Webster players (Ks`Papaxiong & Ks`Yamateh). Basically, we're all real-life friends who love to hang out together and have fun.


Iblis: What are Kingsurf starters? What's their role on the team?
Ks`Xiaogui: As you can see, we don't have any benchwarmers. For roles, to be honest, all the Kingsurf players are able to play any heroes. We don't stick to any particular heroes. We switch roles in most of our matches. Still, in general I can say that Ks`Ice is our main support players with heroes such as Warlock and Slayer. Ks`Yamateh on the other hand is our ace star player with his trademark hero, Nevermore. This guy seriously able to farm like np. None of us can beat him in term of farming ability. The rest of us mainly use any heroes that fit to the lineups and strategy. Ks`Papaxiong usually do the shouting/talking.


Iblis: What is Kingsurf achievement so far?
Ks`Xiaogui: Too much to recall, but during the last 2 month we've been doing great in the local DotA competitive scene and won 3 LAN tournament which is R-Matrix DotA Tournament, The SMM National Grand Final, and the latest one was Surf Empire DotA Tournament. We managed to be in the top-16 for the MYM Pride #7.

Iblis: How do you rate your team compare to other Malaysian teams and even the rest of the international teams?
Ks`Xiaogui: In Malaysia DotA scene, I can probably say that we're among the best now. However, with the top international teams, the skills gap still there and we're narrowing it day by day.


Iblis: Do you remember your favorite game? If so, could you tell us a little about it?
Ks`Xiaogui: Yes, that should be the semi-final of SMM National Grand Final against Cybertime-RoA. The match really test our skills, teamwork and coordination to the maximum as Cybertime-RoA is not an easy prey. They showed us what's 2 years of experience together can really do. Despite of their lead in the total K/D score, we managed to win the game with better strategy and tactics.


Iblis: Papaxiong, you guys did well for the MYM Pride #7 with top-8. Where do you see Kingsurf in MYM Pride #8?
Ks`Papaxiong: Well, all I can say is that we'll be better this time. Mark my words. The quarter-final match against eMg really taught us something valuable, and believe me it won't happened again. We're stronger and more focus for this MYM Pride #8.


Iblis: Congratulation on your first win over Mineski on the regular season match of Asian DotA Championship (ADC). Which team(s) that you think will be a threat to Kingsurf in ADC?
Ks`Papaxiong: There's only 2 teams that really can give us a tough time. That should be Zenith from Singapore and XcN from Indonesia.


Iblis: How about China representative team, EHome?
Ks`Papaxiong: Not yet watch their replays, but we're confident to beat them even though they defeated World Elite in the China Final qualifier. No problem.
