Gibson has never made a neck-thru V, i think you meant set-neck.



the serial number doesnt fit into the US made Charvels, can reconfirm where it says 'made in USA'?

thanks for the info dude. honestly, i'm expecting u to come here and correct these. i know i can rely on u when it comes to Gibson stuff i'll amend accordingly.

for the charvel, its logo, address "P. O. Box 2344, Fort Worth, TX76113, USA" and the serial no. are imprinted on the neck-plate.

again, Kramers are like Charvel.
you need to look for the magic words 'Made in USA'.
some Asian Kramers also have USA address stanped on the neckplates.
but those Kramers i listed, only the Sambora has asian versions, and those dont have OFR so easy to differentiate.
