It is very light on system resources (500k-1MB with the "save physical memory" option checked), very smooth, is very versatile (multiple selectable pages - much like a tabbed dock, system tray functions, customizable PNG icons, customizable layout - straight like a normal dock or the default orbit) and can be started with a mouse gesture (really intuitive stuff here guys) or a keyboard shortcut... It will also suspend itself when it detects a game running (tested with Half-Life 2 Episode 2)...
The only problems are it uses the ugly icons straight from the exe you're pointing it at if no custom icons are specified and the animations are not customizable (only the default magnify animation available)... And make sure to turn off the "use skin images for icons" under the Icons tab in options to get rid of the ugly bubbles that ring your icons...
