If you are reading the live stats, then you are in for a big mistake.
I personally follow Yahoo! live stats and watching it at the same time.
A lot of errors comes out in the "what's happening" column and sometimes, looking at how plays work is completely different from stats.

Just like Kobe's 10 FGA and yet he scored 26 the other day.
You might see that he gets a lot of time on the line but if you're not watching you will see that the Jazz got into early penalty and just a touch on Kobe sends him to the free throw line.
So you might just think that Kobe is attacking at his best but i can assure you he is not.

Seventh heaven.
Like what Gregg Popovich said, "The bottom line is that the better team wins in a seven-game series."

Cheap shot bob, sigh
D West has 4 days for recovery.
I like to see CP3 and his NO shake the old spurs line up.
If LA make it tonight, and so does NO, that makes western conf final pretty much unpredictable and gonna be interesting series to watch

Horry and West collide.
user posted image
It is a clean play by Horry. He has his ground with the screen and West just rammed into him.
However, the bad thing is Horry did it on a player with back problems.

Hate the crowd when they chanted Horry's name after that.
Truly despicable after such a thing happen.
A players is injured there and yet the Spurs' fans are cheering.
Shame on them.

Horry did it on purpose. Clearly. (Look at his legs)

But nonetheless, it's a CLEAN play.

The only issue is, he did it on a player everyone knew had an injured back.

Come on, if you'd played in open tournament b4, you sure had eaten lots of elbow already.

Much respect to the Jazz team. Deron Williams is gonna be a one heck of a superstar player in years to come. I instantly become his fan.

And congrats to the Lakers! What a great run. Kobe showed why he's the MVP in the closing minutes.

Anyway, GO SPURS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Dang....le bron and pierce one man show. Pierce won in the end. I would have never thought its going to be one on one show. Really epic. Now Boston will ride against Piston. Tough call, but i will say Boston.

Hornets Loose Before Game 7

Jannero Pargo spun through the air on a one-handed dunk attempt, stuffed himself on the front rim and fell backward onto the court while his New Orleans Hornets teammates buckled over in laughter.

Tyson Chandler, showing no lingering effects from a foot injury last Tuesday, quickly grabbed a ball and mocked the whole sequence - fall included.

If the young Hornets are nervous about tonight’s Game 7 against the defending champion San Antonio Spurs, it didn’t show after practice yesterday.

Pop Decides to Start Manu, Oberto

Spurs coach Gregg Popovich has changed his starting lineup twice during his team’s Western Conference semifinal series against the New Orleans Hornets, but he says he will stick Monday night with the unit that prevailed in Game 6 on Thursday. “I don’t really anticipate any change,” Popovich said after the Spurs practiced Saturday morning at their team center on the Northwest Side.

That means Fabricio Oberto will be in the starting lineup for a second-straight game, and Manu Ginobili will start his fifth-straight game at shooting guard.

Popovich also hinted that Ime Udoka had earned another quick call off the bench.

“He’s a tough-minded young man,” Popovich said. “He really has a nice all-around game. You don’t always notice, because he’s not all that athletic. But he rebounds, he makes good passes, he plays the game pretty well, and he’s shooting it pretty well right now.

“For all those reasons, we’re giving him a few more minutes than previously.”
