Restarting server, adding new ram and hard disk.

Server3 seems to be running very slow after reboot.

a bit slow in webgui but download speed no effected.

its datacenter prob.. im restarting another make sure again.

i dun know why but it seems like my download speed become slower everyday and sometimes i can't even access my ftp url, tried download elsewhere but no issue occur....iz it only me or wut?

gig2 or gig3? why whine here when you can use the support ticket tool and give us a report at our support panel, at least we got info such as ur user name, email, time frame,

1. time it occur
2. screen shots
3. exactly webui or ftp?
4. what tmnet or other isp ip range u were on?
5. ping test to our servers



i need some kind of info data input from you guys sent to our support panel so we can see how much ppl are having trouble and are they repetitive and find way to solve it.
if keep whining here or asking others is it slow or not is not going to help you or me.

ps: sorry if being very harsh, we bought the gateway and trying to use it to its full potential and function


i am on gig2 server downloading every single day continuously for the past 4 months without any downtime or speed drop *unless tmnet side problem

i think it's isp problem... i still remember back when i'm at selangor, need to get certain ip range to get full speed from gig1...

im restarting server to make some tcp ip changes. hoe it help boosts more connections to solve the webui slow problem

we have http or http s download server too. u can choose to use it or FTP.

Right now all server fulled only left some slot for RM50 package above as bandwidth is expensive due to we're using premium network. Will announce when have more slots.

vailance... i think he mean is he can't open the webui because we use different port than port 80, right?

example : gig1.myftp.org:xxxxx/gui

so i think that even he got alternative link for ftp, but it's useless if he can't access the gui to manage his torrent, right?

btw, got a friend asked about subscription for 1 year.. price can nego or not? PM me, ok?

and yah for the webui we only provide other port than 80 and https currently.

If more people request we can setup a dedicated https webui server for sharing server like server 4. Will roll out the new plan soon.

Hi guys, I've made payment for renewal yesterday and straight away emailed it but until now no respond. Sent another email this morning but no good.
