Hi, is the updated packages also valid for subscribed user? It would be better if there is a proper announcement email send to current users for the update, or only me not receive the email?

yeah its the new package applicable only to server3 customers at the moment

Have you got any bittorrent service that allows me to acquire the downloaded files via https instead? If not, is there a possibility of perhaps tunnelling the http via SSH or something?

Upload Speed is Limited to 200kbps max burstable to 2Mbps

u sure is it seeded?
Edit: Checked ur torrent is around 50% health might be causing it slow, monitored other customer right now 2.35pm they downloading more than 1MB speed on single torrent. Try other well seeded torrent and let me know the speed. Submit support ticket is the best. We not always check here.
