why not login to the (billing support) CRM system and create a ticket there and put up more details such as username, email or which server you are from

if u are from server 4, there was an over abuse of disk space usage, someone added a 500gb torrent inside which eat up everyones disk space, i have removed and warned the user

BTW Server4 system has been upgraded with new database and a limited build in http download within the webui itself
work are in progress for a http based ftp manager to be build in webui aswell

Hi, two questions

1) Do you have full routed VPN service i.e. real internet VPN service using PPtP or whatever where the person receives a public IP and all traffic will be routed thorough the VPN both incoming and outgoing (well this depends on the OS obviously). If you do, what's the cost?

2) If the VPS is hosted in Europe is it okay to run P2P apps on it?

2) and why the files uploaded to utorrent, even two files also will in queued for couple hours to a day???
3) why so seldomly see you or your friend online in msn?? even appeared online status, but always no one to reply...

Please stop your BT downloads and start deleting files and download them back to your own pc asap

Gig3 Will be shutdown within 4 Days and all users will be moved to a 64bit environment server

Migration will commence on 8th of April 2009 10PM GMT+8
Migration will complete within 30mins and users are recommended to flush dns before accessing the server.

Server 3 (Gig3) now were migrated to better Datacenter.

Anyone who worrying that need multiple connection to download the files back to your pc , you can try our server3 and amazing 1 connection you'll get 100kb/sec (1mbps package Streamyx) for sure. Price remain SAME!

thanks for great effort done by jaya and vailance on server 3 which i managed to get full 2mbps speed on my streamyx line..
