Bro, you have a point no way going there to buy a spoilt 8800GTX just to see a lenglui...but Cycom is not the best...as in in customer service..To tell you all honestly...improvement for customer service must be improved...as ive wanted to purchase certain parts from cycom and then i was standing there for quite a while tying to get assistance and no one attended to me...so i just walk off and went to another IT shop where i can get better assistance...it was quite few times la...i hope it would not happen again....

Added on October 5, 2007, 7:31 pmSorry for a little side track off the topic of this forum...as ive to stressed this point strongly....so that if any cycom staff can know about this....every customer is a potential customer......that day after i walked off...i spend around RM700 on another IT shop...i could have give the business to cycom if the customer service was better to assist me....if RM700 is just a small sum then nvm....cheers

okok i heart your comment, cycom in low yat is too small for all the potential and royalty customer, to buy thing there, if u all can come and visit our new branch at berjaya times square, here is more bigger place ,more comfortable, and price is same at low yat cycom also. if u all think we cant give u good customer service at low yat plaza, u can join us at BTS 9 th floor, we will serve u better.TQTQ
