Recently, I went chatting online i.e IRC, Meebo and whatever chatroom I can think of, to get girls for paid dating. I already found a girl that agreed to date me and here how the adventure goes.

About us
Her - Malay woman, aged 24, cute, young, slim, quite attractive, works in the public sector. Not your regular FL, because she is not an FL. This is her first time dating other than her bf.

Me - Malay guy 27, youngster look (seriously, you can't tell my exact age), not handsome nor slim, IT Exec/Facility Manager somewhere in PJ. Loner/quiet and reserved in real life. Not a virgin anyways, had some experiences, but never paid for a date before.

Updates
We had our first date last Thursday (4th October 2007) at The Mines Shopping Fair. Break fast together, went shopping and had our little fun time. Next date, probably early next month somewhere in KL.

My piece of mind
For traditional "get a straight date" thinking people, I am not saying this kind of getting a date is the best/right way, but this is the way I have the courage to ask a girl out. If you think doing everything slowly make you score a date, then go on. I have nothing against that.

For newbies (that includes me)
Do not get trapped by games set by FLs (freelancers, google this in a different way get the meaning of this thread context). Call the girl, analyze her reactions, ask for pictures, dig her details, most importantly, do not pay an advanced unless you are financially stable and willing to be cheated.
