Can recommend some CPU cooler with ultra low noise? For Pentium 4 630 LGA775.

The Zalman style VGA cooler comes with ram sink?

nope.. it doesnt come with ram sinks.

Yes it can be fitted to your 9250. LYP is a little too far off
