Greetings Rakionistas!

You're read the event announcements from Rakion :: Rave Chaos Party!

And we know you're eager to see previews of this new patch. And so here they are!

Rave Chaos Party Event

• Randomly appears ONLY in cooperative team game modes (Boss War, Golem War, Team Death Play).
• Event rounds appear randomly after the first 5 rounds of the match.
• All players will have a full chaos gauge on each event round ignoring the chaos gauge from the past round. If not used on the event round, chaos gauge will remain full on the next round until used.
• Every event round, the winners of the round will get +5 Party Points each and the loser will get +1 Party Point each (Draw rounds produce no points to both).
• If there are 4 clan members or more in a team, the Party Points rewarded will be doubled every event round for the clan mates only.
• Party Points stack per account.
• Event rounds will appear only from October 1-15, 2007.

Event Round Signal

• Event Rounds start with a signal that the round is an event round.
• It randomly appears after the 5th round of a team game mode match.
• All players not in chaos form at the start of the event round will have their chaos gauge full and ready for chaos form.
• If players do not use their chaos gauge on the event round, it will still be full on the next round until used.

Party Point Rewards

• Event Rounds produce Party Points rewards players can collect exchange for items and gold throughout the duration of the event.
• Winners of the round will get +5 Party Points each while the losing team's members get +1 Party Point each (A draw round will not merit Party Points for both teams).

Clan Team Bonus

• If a team has 4 or more clan members in it, the Party Points reward will be doubled, win or lose.
• Only the clan members of the team will have their Part Points doubled.

Level Up Bonus

For players level 1-30, they will automatically receive bonus gold (level*1000 gold) per level up and get a notice upon levelling up like the screenshot above.

There will be a new default system with the former pet summon keys now are the potion item shortcut keys.

Elemental Armguards

Availability

. Available only during the event period (Oct. 1-15, 2007)
. Can be purchased via the website using your Party Points
. Limited number of quantity available; Available to all classes.

Appearance

. When equipped, the Elemental Armguards will give an additional mysterious Hidden Stat to your character.
. When equipped in battle, the Elemental Armguards show animated effects/aura around the item.
.This is the first piece of the elemental items series.

From Left to Right:
. HP Potion - boosts character energy (health points) available for both cash and gold purchase.
. AP Potion - boosts character armor (armor points) available for both cash and gold purchase.
. Steam Pack - gives 30% more attack power in expense of 30% of character's HP; available only for gold purchase.
. CP Potion - boosts character cell points by 30%; available only for cash purchase.
. Fear Potion - knocks down surrounding enemies; available for both cash and gold purchase; cash version of the potion add additional damage aside from knockdown.
. Scouter - allows character to see the enemy's energy bar for 1 minute; available only for gold purchase.
. Chaos Potion - adds 1 chaos point in your chaos gauge; available only for cash purchase.

How to Purchase

On the Shop's main menu, you will see a new icon right before the Ex-Item Icon, which represents the Potions menu.

1. Click on the icon to pull up the Potion Shop Menu.
2. Click once on the item to see the details.
3. Double Click on the item you want to purchase.
4. The bought item will then be stored in one of the available slots in your inventory.
5. Potions bought via Rakion cash gives an additional amount of gold. The higher the amount, the higher gold bonus given.

How to Equip

Potion Item Details



Upper Left - indicates the number of Potion slots the item consumes
Lower Left - indicates whether the Potion was purchased by cash or gold
Lower Right - indicates the quantity of Potions left

Potion Slot Details

. All characters above level 1, have automatically 3 Potion slots available for free; and 3 slots locked
. All 3 locked slots can be unlocked by purchasing additional Potion slots .
. To purchase additional Potion slots, just double click on the locked slots icon and click ok; all slots are only available via Rakion cash purchase; the cost of purchasing Potion slots will increase as more slots are unlocked.

Equipping the Potions

. Just click, drag and drop the selected Potion into the Potion slot available to equip the item
. To remove the Potion on the Potion slot, click it, drag and drop it on an inventory slot available.
. Once a Potion has been placed in a Potion slot, it is then removed from the inventory slot it used to be in.

. Slots with potions can only be used once per round.
. Same Potions can be equipped in different slots.
. The Hotkeys to these slots are the numbers 1-6.

Erm....my opinion is try not to pud potion...coz kinda not fair to those not cash user....other item is ok.....

Jeremy, the RIS already have the potion. So, we can't do anything.

Wow i seem to be away for so long from the lowyat forum nor RIS nor RSS, never knew there is still people into this online game.....

edit : can someone entertain me what has changed in RSS and is there much lag in RSS + any old ppl still in there.....thanks

Hi Jas. So am I....been off from this game for half a year now...there seems to be a lot of update...Hopefully, the lag is not as bad....
