Converting from virgin now costs lotsa $$$...halfcut price had increased due to demand worldwide....eg9/6 halfcut around 6k, ek4 JDM halfcut around 8.5k plus...

anyone know market price of civic EK (2 doors,champion white,5 spokes) (already converted 99 specs) ?
i saw got a few around 48k-50k.
issit reasonable?

i once asked in jc racing in sunway for tuning my accord... it costs RM1540
but wahlau eh... add 5-10hp only

RM1540? ?JC Racing = Amoil? Could be bargain to a slightly cheaper price.
Yours the SM4? Well, piggyback is the last thing should do after at least u done up your open pod air intake and a free flowing full exhaust system.

Actually you can get about that price if you bargain enough from Jacky at Amoil. But somehow, the way i see Links tune N/A cars is not as great as Amoil.

y u mentioned 5 spokes? abit odd to buy the car based on the rims..

dont worry that first, get the car then mod yourself..

IF they stated the engine got this n tat inside. u wont know UNTil u open it.

8th gen civic - K20Z
Stock on wheel is 124bhp
After mod a few parts - 133bhp
Unichip Q version - 145bhp

So far the best gain is by unichip if in terms of piggybacks. Emanage Ultimate someone installed..got about 136 or 140bhp.

The good thing about this Version Q unichip is that they can play around with your gear ratio to give better gain. Emanage only can use the a/f function, ignition timing not sure. IVTEC also cannot control.
Unichip everything can control..so for value money n functions, i'll pick unichip. Yes the downside is in KL only RS Impressive can tune it but its proven on one of the civic edi so its cool.

ehm.. i think other den that. unichip is universal, thats the best part..

can be used any majority of the car.

so no need scared nxt time swap car cannot use it again
