wow thats seriously some good mileage coming from a high performance engine.....my FD 2 only can get ur kind of mileage of 520km-550km per RM 75-80 on mostly highways......

that is almost like a 10 year VTEC engine......imagine a B16 have iVTEC and what not techonology......u can even brag to those DSI owners....i save more fuel than u and my performance is double yours......pwned!

ahaha joking ler......but honestly....still feel like swapping engine to B18C?
yours is like a gem.....performance and economy in 1 package.
time to try my tyres on 32 pressure.....i pump until 30 or 31...kembang until i looks like gonna explode...scary....i guess its my 1st time using 45 series tyre, not familiar.

u see on the wall of ur tire the max load psi is how much? mine stated 50, so i pump 34 still ok lo.

urs i m not sure.

ehm.. well powerwise i m quite limited lo.. i always wanted a type r drool.gif

b18c liau, mebbe put ecu management to fine tune the airfuel ratio so not so makan minyak lo?

definitely can go beyond 35......but it will be too hard and bumpy.....so try 32 1st.....
haha i understand the urge for power......same goes for me...initially thought of R18A for economy...later....ahhh might as well K20Z for the power.....fuel consumption wasnt so bad either.

btw if ecu management to fine tune.....does it have any effect on power?
im not good on this mechanical stuff.

i heard from my boss, the unichip will balance the a/f

cos some is too lean n some too rich. so they will balance the fuel ratio.

den tune for power gain as well as fc

you will void your warranty if you fix a 3rd party ECU example Apexi Neo
so my advice, leave it stock 1st

yup

because it has to cut the original wires to solder the Apexi's Neo wire inside, HM will void the warranty as you attempt to modify the wirings in the car.

they service ur car tat time only check engine oil n stuff like tat.. n not the interior compartment of the dash right?

erm, you wouldn't know what they will inspect, if you wanna take the risk then ok lar
but i don wan to take the risk for now tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif
will modify my car after some while of running, now not even clocked 3k mileage...i think 2888 only LOL laugh.gif
