yeah, i have the same problem with setup in IE. I already install the program into the IE plugin folder but the website still showing me the installation . what the heck!

Hi Guys, i have this problem with my PPStream.


For your info. I've been using PPStream for about 3 months enjoying my favorite show. BUT suddenly, as u guys know Prison Break have 4 seasons.

One day i watch my last episode for the day which is Season 3 Episode 10. On the next day in the morning, i woke up and run the PPStream and going to continue next episode, i notice that i lost ALL SEASON 1 to SEASON 3. Only Season 4 is available in my Prison Break list.

How can this possibly happen? I mean, even other show happen the same things. For Gossip Girl in my list, use to have 2 season or more, BUT it only left Season 1.


Can u guys help me? I even reformat my windows, reinstall and re-download the client. Restart my modem, reset my modem. I've done all things to make it appear back, but it doesnt work at all.


PLEASE GUYS, i have search entired net for the solution, there is no answer. I guess this is my only final spot to get a solution. Please reply me ASAP. Thanks guys.

i also have a problem, dunno y the pps alway ask me to close the pps. if i dun close it still able to watch for certain period, and then it will off automatically. How can solve tis problem?

could u guys tell me where to download pps stream and with ( english ) cuz i cant read chinese im a banana

Here is step to step for begineer those not familiar with Vista.

Example below are based on Enviroment :
Microsoft Vista Ultimate Service Pack 1
Updated MUI Languange through Windows Update for Simplified Chinese & Tradisional Chinese (Optional)

Please UNINSTALL PPS if you been installed it before


1) Click "Start" -> "Control Panel" -> "Change Display Language"



2) Click "Administrative" -> "Change system locale" (You should found that you current setting is "English" on "Current language for non-Unicode programs", this is the main-key of issue"



3) Click on the pull-down bar, choose "Chinese (Simplified, PRC)" -> "OK"



4) Vista will request you REBOOT, please restart you Vista before install PPS Software. After restart your PC, then install your PPS now. The version that I use for example is PPS Version 2.6.68.8971

do u have any problen in buffering ppstream recently ? Now when I open ppstream link for drama, straight pop up microsoft visual c++ error. i dont have any prob with other website except this,

Never encounter that problem before. But I feel the PPstream is really laggy recently.

As picture you shown -- is that you are using Web-Based online player?

Please try this way -- download PPS player, then choose that "Gong Xin Ji" through PPS Player : http://download.ppstream.com/ppstreamsetup.exe

You had to re-format your windows, surely 100% can solve your problem.

Else, you gonna to check it's problem one by one, would be very wasting time.

wth reformat windows? i tried reinstall pps it doesnt work also

I dont think so your problem can be solve through re-install PPS. If you afraid of re-format Windows, then you can try to install Microsoft Media Player Version 10 or 11 (if those movie you mentioned is in .avi format, then this step could solve your problem).

Hey, I need a little bit of help here...

In my PPStream, I can play the audio files perfectly. Then when it comes to the video files, I can only play movies but not the American Shows...The other shows like the Hong Kong & Taiwan Shows were fine, I just can't play the American Shows, can anyone help with this?

i have slow streaming speed recently which the dl rate is about 100+kbps but the upload rate is 300+kbps. Anyone has this problem?

it is only this few days that my ppstream is totally unable to stream a movie. Don't know what went wrong.

PPS got NBA anot? I mean updated, like today game, tomorrow uploaded already.
