Yes selective download function is available.
I charge differently for seeding account. The download account you will automatically stop seeding upon completion 100%. |

Anyway I'll try my best to answer. Under 18 I don't remember that you can have your own ATM card under your own name. Unless you are using your family member's ATM card. |
