Yeap the latest brochure got picture of 360 and some games but didnt state how much is it though. My bro went to one of the outlet in ipoh and saw they really selling it plus a few games  |

too bad they locked the refurbished set in that plastic container, ifnot can take a pen torchlight/camera and check whether it has the extra heatsink or not.
if the set is MS official refurbished set, still can consider. MS has been sending back refurbished/reassembled sets (with epoxy and extra heatsink) to their US/SGP customers for RMA process.
