Guys never buy voltage stabilizer that you cant see inside, look at what i found out inside this voltage stabilizer. I think pivot is good its transparent and u can see the caps inside. This one has one cap inside only, felt cheated and con. pay rm 100 for some lousy stuff.

Rm100 is quite expensive for this VS but it depends on location where u buy it. If i buy VS at my place here in johor i wont be surprise if they sell me this thing with that price. I dunno y johor accessories shop they can chop ppl like all car owner r idiot. Their accessories r expensive netherless to say, and they even charge high for their installation fee. (not all shop) Some shop in my place doesnt even heard about Pivot. after heard my description, the boss said "sorry we dont have that, what u r looking for is not branded also". I was like @@.

The reason y Pivot make it transparent becos, the imitation product of it is simply out of control. Even now with transparent case there are still imitation of Pivot. So if u r looking for Pivot next time pls be careful. Some imitation may be sold of cheaper some may just the same price as the genuine. But inside Pivot u really can see those big condensor nice and neatly finishing.

This is not consider as immitation Pivot. Immitation pivot mean, 100% look like pivot, but it not original. That deizin just follow pivot design only.

by right, it has already breached the design copyright, but internals are totally cheapskate

theres also a pivot spark earth copied version, selling cheaper, u'll most likely find these two products in GC motorsport, just so u know and beware when u wanna buy anythign from them

Why not those huge caps used by ICE enthusiasts? I'm sure it way better than those small VS.

huge caps cost a bomb and need to be treated like babies during installation. the wires leading from them and the caps themselves will not withstand the heat of the engine bay. if youwant your car to buuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrn , then why not try out a 1k farad cap then

i think the pivot condensor r much bigger. Anyway i dunno pivot got their product with registered design copyright or not. But some even put Pivot and look exactly like pivot.

diy ur own la... den u can put as many capacitors in as u want...

But how do we know how many capacitors and how much volume we need?

the capacitor is to stored power. The more then the more u can store loh. But if u store more but din use that much also no use. So pivot got 4 big capacitor. How VS works? When the voltage is high it will go into the capacitor and store inside. WHen the voltage is low then power will be consumed from VS. So u got a stable voltage.
