100% sure IDM better, its speed is fastest than others even others said they r fastest, while, i still using latest cracked version,while i collecting money to buy. And for dl BT i recomended to use Thunder ( xunlei ),but its only have chinese version,so bad so sad.And if use IDM dl file it can limit speed, and also dl flv file like youtube.

While when i using IDM, IDM never cause the files corrupted, maybe your users are using old version, if not, where the file download from, i want to try.
