Recommended for Internet Download Manager (IDM) as it could integrate various of browsers and easier to use too

Limewire not really fast cause it's p2p and TMNut used User-Agent blocking method to block p2p-connections.

Best download managers I used so far is Xunlei.. gives me 150~180KB/s as long as the server is good/fast enough

Flashget has a nasty tendency of going "Access to whateverdirectoryflashgethappenstobein denied" from time to time, and that trait is shared between classic flashget and the newest version. When I resume files after they were forced to stop that way, the files become partially corrupted (my music files would have 10-20 unplayable seconds). Does IDM do that too?

the free version of download accelerator limits the connection to the server to 3-4 (if im not mistaken) unless u are using the paid version which doesnt have any ads, etc, up to 10 connections is allowed.

But if you're using flashget, which is free and adless, you can set it to have 10 connections to the server.

IMHO, I tried both before, both works, the same way and i still get the same speed. But in the end, I would go for FlashGet.

I would choose FlashGet. It runs smoother and It's user interface is better.
