Just go get a VPN. All your problems will be solved. No need to wait for those nuts to fix for you. I know it sucks having to pay RM88 for 56k speeds but if you want to get things done, you'll have to start finding for alternatives. No point calling them a gazzilion times a day.

vpn cost 30 bucks too.. mean monthly bill = 88+30 = 118
omg.. 88 already kinda expensive.. 118 still get the same bandwidth i personally don't think is a wise choice.. but however.. for p2p, vpn is a must for throttled shit isp
