i wanna share some experience here for SDS distribution.

I went for SDS distribution(part of scanart distribution) last 3 days ago for my gigabyte 9800gt warranty,
the service is really good. (i m surprised)

That chubby guy who file a report for me is so warm and friendly,
and more, SDS distribution directly exchange 1 to 1 another gigabyte 9800gt for me eventhou my card has already 8 months old. This part rlly surprise me, i was expecting a 1 month warranty etc.

+2 for gigabyte
nice CS, nice card, nice technology, good quality overall in their products.
pay more for gigabyte for better overall quality tongue.gif

Hello, I'm planning to go RMA my viewsonic monitor which all of a sudden, doesn't seem to work.

guys pls forget it if u wanna claim at pcdepot , they charge rm70 RMA my WD HDD.
that about half the price of my HDD.

Gigabyte graphic card behind should got warranty sticker, just take to the company there ask for RMA, I think they will help you.
why don't you ask the gc seller help you claim?
