i just wondering if someone put a beacon on the roof of building and it hard to reach. i don know the helll he can reach there. it was at eu base at tunis harbor there. is this allowed.

you put a beacon on ground beside building, move pod a little to land on roof.
stay alive and wait for some idiot to destroy your beacon on ground, then put another one on roof.
and yes its allowed.

i tot this is called pod steering/roof camping? i dont think its allowed. because u place a beacon on a place where it is not accessible by foot, and its breaking the rules

i dont recall reading any official EA rules that say placing a beacon on an place not accessible by foot is breaking the rules.
i do recall tho, EA said that landing on a roof is allowed.
as smart enemy squad leaders will just place their beacon beside the building to get up there, then knife those on the roof.

and pod steering is of cos allowed as long as you dont fly all over the map with it, which is what EA are fixing in the coming v1.4 patch.

i really dont think its a big matter. for a team to actually help their side, they need to come back down to ground lvl. staying up on a roof makes it hard to kill stuff. and once spotted, a good sniper can pick the heads off their ever spawning team for several nice infiltrator pins.

going on top of roofs is a feature, its HOW you got there that matter. If you pod fly from 1 end to 1 end, land on top of the roof, your in trouble. But if you do it the proper and legal way, that's okay.

Ive caught several pod flyers alraedy, sad to say, its from the local clans as well. Good thing for you,i was on the other side of the team, and i coudnt see his nick. Dont let me catch you clowning again in the server.

just my input, but for a 30 player server, shouldnt we be playing smaller maps? the thrill kinda peters out playing minsk, verdun and the such after a game of gibraltar.

maybe the map selection like fragnetics server #2 plus suez canal or something.

Yes I agree about that...only have 30 player,we should playing smaller maps likes..Camp Gibraltar,Belgrade,Cerbere Landing,
Fall of Berlin and Tunis Harbor..
