first and foremost.. please install the "Sony Ericsson USB Driver"
eg:when u connect the cable to your hp with the PC, if the window driver detection pops up, tat means ur "SE usb driver" is not install"
how to install? well i jst click "let window automatically install" den let the window automatically run the setup, might take up to a minute to search the drivers from the net.

after tat.. i assume u have installed the SEUS, else install it..
after done installing, open SEUS, the program will automatically retrieve some files of the net, taking couple of minutes..
right after tat, the program will ask u to select ur prefered language n click next.

a) click start
b) 2nd agree to the "term of use" agreement
c) select the cable conneciton type
d) nxt 5 steps as followed..

1) turn off ur hp
2) remove sim-card
3) replace ur battery inside the hp "do not switch on ur hp"
4) press n hold on to the "C" button *do not release, till u done step 5*
5) plug the usb connector to ur HP *make sure connected to ur PC tongue.gif, u can release the "C" button now, the pc will have a notification sounds detecting ur HP. n beside sync to ur hp

automatically sync with ur hp might take awhile..

after tat.. step 6 will come next automatically..

they s/w will detect ur HP model n selecting the correct model..

rest jst follow the instruction shown on the program..

its quite easy.. sorry i cant elaborate in details, cos jst now i didnt really burn tat image in my memory.

note* while updating the firmware do not unplug the cable else u'll need to visit the closest SE service centre asap tongue.gif and btw.. while updating u will see the HP screen on the s/w filling up in green color..

35. Record a call Conversation
When receiving call, press the D-Pad centre button then choose record (the bottom of the list)

Create a new group of contacts, from Contacts | Options | Groups (you could name the group Blacklist or something else). Assign any people / phone numbers to that group.
Set a profile which has the Accepted callers set to that new group.
Now you don't have to bother any unacceptable callers.

37. Speed Dial
To add speed dial, just go to "Contacts" "options" "speed dial"..
Call using speed dial, press "number",then "Call".
Hold a number to ativiate speed dial not exists in this phone.

Low Yat Survey Trip Report (21/06/2006)

As you guys probably know, I went down to LY on the 21st in search of 2 things (okay, 3 if you include topping up my Anime collection): Protection for my W810i (silicone or crystal cause I was starting to hate using the Da Vinci pouch I got with my phone - it gets dirty too easily) and the (suddenly very popular again) MXE-60 flash...

While at it, I also made a point in surveying the (best) current price of accessories and other stuff related to the W810i, and as such, here are my findings:
