How do I charge the shipping cost?
Before enquiry the shipping charges, please confirm which stand that you would like to order and location (specify location,example, selangor). Please do not throw a questionmark by just asking, "how much of the shipping charges?". Shipping cost are included courier services rate and the packing charges(opp tape,box,bubble).

How do You make order?
You may place order through lowyat/msn/sms, once confirm order, buyer can proceed with payment(either cash deposit/transfer/ebanking) and after payment done, inform me the detail of payment method,amount,datetime. Once payment amount float in my account, item will be arrangging for shipment. Cris will inform buyer the date of shipment, usually would not late than 3 days after the payment done. How do I QC the item?
As my stands are directly produced from factory, imported in a big carton of container, hence, scratches may produce unavoidably during importing. Cris will check item carefully, and select the good conditioned stand. In some case, during shipment to your doorstep, may occur some minor damage, but that would not be a major issue, in fact, the probability of happenning such case are quite raw. If buyer could not bear any small slight defection, please kindly dont place order. Cheers and Thanks!

How do I packing the Earring Stand?
For every stand, i will pack it nicely, in a box, or wrapped with plenty layer of newspapers for protection. Cheers and Thanks~!

When can You receive your item?
For selecting courier services(skynet/ktm express), item will take one or two days. For registered parcel, it would be 7-10 working days, usually used by East Malaysia buyer, as registered parcel would be more budget option for shipping item to EM. Cheers and Thanks~!
