bet u have questions about mortgage and amortization, how are mortgage and amortization being calculated? if u wish to know how the formulas are being calculated and executed u may visit the link at the bottom to know more. its a research i did for my project on real estate system and the formula is just for general purposes.

A hob welldone for explaination on the formulas !!, but an excel file would give more options compared to ur calculator...my excel file can add extra top up every month to see how ur loan interest will be saved n reduction in loan tenure.
