Hey all. I live in Subang Jaya and i was wondering if anyone know any shop around my area selling ps3 40GB or possible ps3 80GB and reliable too ?

Also need some recommendations in S.Wang if possible. My mom works there so getting a ps3 from there wont be that big of a deal for my transportation

Oh yeah, it would be quite useful if some prices can be quoted here and from which shop as well.

i believe most of the forumers will say dont buy frm sg.wang as there are too many con case right now.. what i would suggest it to buy it frm Gamers Hideout in Damansara or frm Bernard (Gamers Solution)..

actually i don't think you have to wait that long. a friend of mine bought one for 1200 at bkt jalil area there. used to be a shop i frequent a lot during my ps2 days... he gave out a total surprise package that i still can't quite believe it.

ps3, 2 games, 1 ds, 1 sixaxis - 1600.... impossible i think.

Where' s the exact location n the name of the shop?

Can we trust the shop? Like a lot ppl said that Sg Wang can do offer around RM1200 for a PS3 but they removed the original stuff from your console and replaced it with a cheaper stuff.

I dont think so.. The hard disk prob'ly cost like RM30 for the extra 40gb..

Summit is generally ok, but you have to scout around for the best deal. I'm also from Subang

BTW why don't you get from Bernard (Gamer's Solution). He can deliver to your house. Saved me a lot of time and probably quite a sum of money as well if I were to go to Summit and scout around.

Nothing is impossible... i went to game console disty there.. i look at the Cost was shocked... 11xx+ is the cost... i bought mine at 1200++...
Only one thing why KL and Penang always more expensive than southern region because of the delivery cost and consoles need to be send from SG.

I guess any shop in Pyramid would be fine. I bought mine from Genius(outside digital centre), 1600 PS3 40GB inclusive of MGS4. at first they say 1380 for the PS3, then they force me to buy 1 game in order to get that price
well, anyways, 1600 is quite reasonable and so far there has been no problem with the PS3


oh, and don't buy from subang parade, all the shops there are selling REAL expensive

RM1600 for a 40GB ps3 plus a MGS4? i think thats a busted-pricey price.. just go and get the system and the game seperately.. the game will cost u less than RM200 (normal edition)

I bought mine at Silver X, Summit USJ, RM 1360 :
ps3 40 gb, upgrade to DS3 controller.
That shop sells 2nd hand Ps3 games too.

Yeah cheapest I found for MGS4 normal ed is RM190
Anyway, just get seperately is better

the shops name i forgot. but its at endah parade. the shop is level 2 or 3 and nearest to the middle escalator. near a chicken rice shop if i remember correctly. prepare to bargain hard.
