bro shawty.. can 8600gt OC edition.. oc to 8600gt ultra edition?

If you're talking about overclocking the 8600GT oc to a 8600GT UE stock speed, It should be able, but the 8600GT OC won't be able to go as high as 760MHz like what 8600GT UE can do.

Another thing, the 8600GT OC mem chips won't be able to reach 2000MHz like 8600GT UE.
Tried it, it can't go there.

While 8600GT UE memory can go up to 2300MHz with just the stock heatsink.

Poor 2600XT Hope someone actually gets it and benches.

05 benches would be nice, very representative of the current games we play (even Oblivion with HDR)

Nope, as long as you opened the heatsink carefully without leaving any traces that you've opened the heatsink.

Offcourse it does, all graphic card sold here is made for DX10.
It fully supports DX10.

Manufacturing warranty for 18Months.
If in the UK they have Colorful Service Center, then you may send it for RMA purposes there.
