No worries. Just helping out.
And yeah, that's one of the places you can get Wii Accessories.
Also try Bernard Moh, http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/389927,
or PS Zone http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/470450

You can also try to get Beat_boyz to deliver the item to your place. Or head over to Sungai Wang. Quite a few of them sell stuff like this but be ready to bargain for a good price.

You can also head to www.playasia.com if you want to get more variety and cheaper price. They are quite reliable in their item delivery

noob here....planning to buy a Wii.... a few questions
1) when you guys say "modded"..What does modded mean? That means it is modded to play region free games? or p* games

2)If I buy a Jap wii, all menus and stuff will be in japanese right? But if I use Freeloaded to play a US game, it will be in english?

3) in the 1st page, freeloader section, there is this
NOTE: It does not play Nintendo Wii and modified GameCube games
what does this mean? dont really understand..

4) What does the usual package of wii come with? does it come with 2 controllers and nunchucks?

That's about it....i'll add more if i wanna know more......thanks!

That's the downside of modding your console.

It should be as easy as "Angkat, tolak, masok, picit".

Rarely do I help on these discussions..

I believe your firmware is now Japanese, or something, definitely not a US firmware.

You have been playing Japanese games and PAL(Euro/Auz) games now have you?

Reason being, newer games updates your console's firmware automagically.

I don't know how to fix it, but I believe that may be the problem.

And you're definitely not a fool, but you misunderstood the difference between region and firmware doh.gif

Look, I too have a US Wii, and I have absolutely no problems whatsoever in purchasing and downloading my games. No-one here(legitly of course) has had any problems like you did.

There is NO registration required for purchasing any games.

Ackcelli.. It's very simple.. Like I said..
  • You go in Wii Shop Channel
  • Click Add Points
  • Put Credit Card info, or use Wii Points card(like reload)
  • Buy points (10USD = 1000pts, 50usd = 5000pts)
  • Use points to buy games and software
  • Wait for download to complete
  • Play the game

The reason you're having problems is that your console is modded. Maybe forumer Dragonflyz can help you out with this problem.
