Anyone one experience the line very slow from last fri until today around KEPONG area?
I had perform the speed test it was as low as 200kbps.
Already call TS but they said the base station prob and cannot logged the incident.
All the while my internet speed can up to 900 to 1Mbps. Signal strength is 90-98%

tonight, I have difilculties to logon. Need to retry several times. And the speed...duh.

FrozenLagend, I know nothing can be fix by telling my experience here. And that is not my intention. My last week complain to CS, still they do not address it properly. I just post here to let others know so call real world customer experience. (before I subscribe to Izzi, I did my homework by reading every single post in this topic, but at that time (past tense), customer satisfaction seem pretty high. In reality, not everybody trust what the salesman, reseller and their official website information. Sometime we need actual customer feedback regarding that specific product. Perhaps, other customer enjoy their 1 mbps and keep quite. who know.)

Izzi know who I am. My registered email to their system is expertester, I even mentioned in my complain email regarding my post here. I just use my right as a fully paid customer. What the heck, they still do not fix my problem since november...even with my latest complain last week (19 Jan). Huh, telling me that their manager will call me next monday and put my complain in highest priority...i believe just to comfort me. No body from izzi called me and to be honest, I never hope their manager will call me lol. hmm.gif

If you think I am not an educated poster, let it be lol. It doesn't affect to my paycheck what so ever icon_idea.gif

I noticed that too, didn't test out how many retries I needed, using streamyx for now, which has much better ping and greater bandwidth /heh

lucky you have both broadband....
It remind me when i keep switching between 1515 or 1511 LOL ages ago.

Too bad streamyx registration seem so lengthy process (need to register phone line, buy that, deposit this, yada yada...ouch)

Hi all...
Anyone else got this problem.... I can connect to IZZI but I can only browse www.izzi.com.my while other website cannot at all. Anyone able to fix this? Their CS not replying at all.

Recently i am really fed up with the connection speed... You guys complaint when u got less than 50% of the speed...

Guess what? I have a dial up speed, 60kbps using the Izzi Speed meter. I sent email to the customer service for 2 weeks+ dy, no ppl even bother to entertain me.... Previously they will still call me back... to ask me what is going on... Recently, i am really not satisfied and piss off...

Izzi is not cheap, i only get less than 10% of what i paid for... Can i just sue them? mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

I stay at Arena Green...

Here is the speed test ... You guys can actually see speed decrease from the first time i post here.... It proved that every company did quite well during the starting and then the quality goes down when there are more and more ppl subscribe... Agree.. that is Malaysian Culture, thinking of profit ( highest number of customer registered ) rather than provide or prepare a good service for future used... Example : built small LCCT Airport and congested just in several month, built apartment then congested sampai takde tempat nak parking.. That why sometimes we have to look other country, Germany especially ( coz I work with Germany boss wink.gif ) they only think of quality all the time.. thinking of future macam autobahn highway, recycle program.. so terima je laa or we can make a report to Suruhanjaya Multimedia ( tu pun kalau working culture diorg ok sad.gif ) or maybe we can just saman Izzinet ( kena pakat ramai-ramai la )

I bought Izzinet and Izziyou...last few months.....and i tried at home Ukay Perdana area....it totally sucks!!..so i return back the devices and demand a full refund....but till now ( more than 1 month)..still no news.....then i have to folo up again and again...like a begger...eventhough seem like i beg my own pocket money!!...ada ka patut!!


now i'm using maxis 3G via henpon....and...i'm really impressed with their speed...can built my own wifi spot some more...

Signed up on last Nov but I never get the speed as per what they "PROMISED (on advertisments)" ...
Sent them numerous complaints but nobody call.. thru email, thru their web and even call to them (they asked me to attach speed test result which I hv done later.. NO RESPOND at all)
GOSH!! what kinda CS that make a customer wait for their reply since Nov??

Izzi is continuing giving lame execuses, base tower maintenance la this la..
but the problem exist not for one or two days..
dun tell me every week evey day you got to maintain that tower

I just sent one nasty email to them and one to the salesman i signed up with (he is izzi's staff, not reseller)
Paying upfront of 1 year payment , no problem..
It can be consider cheating customer when they advertised the speed is up to 1Mbs and in "reality" I only get 20% - 30% of its 1 Mbs
If Izzi can provide to their customer CONSISTENTLY 70% - 90% of its PROMISED speed..
I belief most of us still cant accept, isnt it?

Today, after a nasty email sent to them one day ago, finally I received a call from Izzi ( THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I RECEIVED CALL FROM IZZI PERTAINING TO MY COMPLAIN....after two months... )
and the guy introduced himself as Suresh... sweat.gif

I told him it is not convienience for me to talk ( as its working hour and Im in the discussion)
But he seems like dun understand that the meaning of "cant talk at the moment" and continue bla bla bla..
So I walked out from the meeting room and asked him why it take so long to assign somebody attend to my complains??
He said they called few times but no answer...
( Huh?? un-contactable, then consider problem settle? I sent in complain thru my email so cant they just drop me an email to follow up??
LAME EXCUSE... How I know maybe that guy just tried once and reported there few times??)

I told him I dun want him to folo up my case as he will simply close customer's complain without really fixing the problem, and reported that problem has been solved..
(Dun blame me for being so harsh, after two months frusstration, I dun want to waste more time waiting anymore and talking to someone might simply ignore my complain without doing anything.. )

I told him get another CS to call me after 5.30pm and he did answer "OK" but.. no call at all after 5.30
If you say your office hour is also until 5.30 only then you should have tell me!!

I didnt scold him, I didnt shout at him..
I just voice out my demand and my right as a Customer

IZZI trick is to purposely DRAG ur complaint until half a year so that they get "profit". After half a year, you get less than what u've expected.

Like I've mentioned on the early page of this thread, this IZZI business won't be long in the market. Better get your money back as soon as possible before they "cabut lari"....

use windows internet connection sharing...boleh kot.

havent try but i can't find any router with USB input yet.

Noooo, Streamyx also has their never ending problem. Frequent DC, slow international website access speed, high latency for certain IP for online gaming (proxy huh), torrent shaping, hate to be bonded 2 years contract summore, also need to pay RM26 per month for fix line rent which i never use, and dont want to use.

my hometown which use streamyx....haiyooo....the headache come like sine wave. Sometime its good...really awesome. 1.5 mbps for RM88 and direct download speed constantly 150 kBps. (but still, for online gaming, need to try and error for good IP). Then, the bad luck wave came....dc so frequent. Online gaming become really BAD experience. Even chatting. The only part which ok was internet browsing (duh).

Even I use xunlei or deluge to combat traffic shaping for torrent, (yup, it work, averagely 80 kBps for streamyx line), but frequent DC (4 - 5 times in 1 hour), really kill the speed. Some more, when quite heavy raining day, for sure, the DSL LED will blinking all the way...with 0 connection. Scenario...bila hujan.....leave computer and tido (sbb astro pun KO) sweat.gif

So, changing to Streamyx is an available option but having that kind of experience with streamyx make think twice. Different ISP different Headache.

ps : I rather prefer 33% stable internet speed rather than 120% speed but Disconnect 5 times per hour. rclxub.gif But, its only me.
