5% service charge?
i filled a form to transfer tm account to new house a month ago..
until now i have to keep pushing them...
they are soooooooooooooooooooo lazy..

why don't all of us call them and complain when we get our bill next month. if every single customer complain about the charge maybe they'll drop it

I just looked at the sample bill on the orange insert entitled "Get a SINGLE BILL frum us soon!"

It seems quite clear that the Streamyx service does not attract the 5% tax. Just add up the numbers and you will see that the tax amount (341.91) is exactly 5% of the voice communication items (575 + 6180.28 + 88 - 2 - 3).

Assuming the sample bill is correct, then we have a tempest in a teapot here.

I just called to TM asking about this 5% tax.
And the man replied me that the 5% only apply to phone line. For Streamyx fee, there will be no tax added.
Could anyone please confirm this?

mine also not yet combine .. but i found that on my this month's bill , the date at total amount of data usage there is from 11/03/2007 to 10/04/2007 ... (-.-'') ....

What the TM man said to you is the same as it shows on the bill.

5% charge for phone, no 5% charge for streamyx.

The people who are whining about this are too lazy to read the bill.

Not yet combine la -- I even activated the paperless bill for my telephone bill, never receive my TM bill, only receive Streamyx bill. How to combine like that?

Lol.. and u are too lazy to notice that this is an old old thread started in june and these ppl were discussing before the july bill came out.
