Streamyx bill now combined with TM bill, subjected to 5% service charge ?

i filled a form to transfer tm account to new house a month ago.. until now i have to keep pushing them... they are soooooooooooooooooooo lazy.. |

I just called to TM asking about this 5% tax.
And the man replied me that the 5% only apply to phone line. For Streamyx fee, there will be no tax added. Could anyone please confirm this? |

mine also not yet combine .. but i found that on my this month's bill , the date at total amount of data usage there is from 11/03/2007 to 10/04/2007 ... (-.-'') ....

Not yet combine la -- I even activated the paperless bill for my telephone bill, never receive my TM bill, only receive Streamyx bill. How to combine like that?
