1. have you PMed/ called/ smsed the buyer?

2. you need a scanned receipt, typed receipt dont cut it.

3. COD means you pay on the spot, no DEPOSIT needed.

3. COD need deposit to avoid FFK

1-i sms him still got answer until 7pm. around 9pm his hp off, i waiting for 30min.

2- normally i print screen but he keep sms me to pay deposit, so i in hurry, then just paste at notepad.my mistake, but someone else already got print screen.

3-He told if confirm need deposit

Is it 2 person or 3 person that has been cheated? Police report can't do much. Maybe you can try finding this person at his/her house with some help from gangsters and punch him at face

i can confirm that the address is valid,its a double storey house with blue tiles...also spotted a blue wira WEE 6335 and another motorcycle...the doors are all shut tight and curtains lowered but confirm there are ppl living inside...also saw a fella looking out between the curtains when i stopped 2 have a closer look

based on my observations,i would certainly say that it is a malay house(based on malay house trends in my area)

however i do not hav a camera with me then,so ended up observing only...
i'll go there and take a picture of the house if u ppl really wan it
