Hmm about water/liquid cooling, how many times in a year must refill the liquid coolant, especially for those on pc 24/7?

thanks for the feedback..

oh my I wonder if the factory psu enough to support the new video card and extra ram for gaming?

Compaq only provide 180w psu!!

Pentium DC E5400 2.7 GHz, 3 gig of ram ( 1 x 1 gig 400mhz ddr2+ 1 x 2 gig 800mhz ddr2), ATI 4850 or GF 9800GTX...is it enough for all.

You need more juice for the card FYI.
A 500W PSU is sufficient.

is there any difference installing different RAM stick in 1st or 2nd slot? my new ram on 2nd slot seems to be limited to 400mhz. apart from that the upgrade is going well.

no difference, your speed is limited to 400MHz coz both your rams are different speed. Which ever combination you put, the rams will run at the lowest speed of the 2 rams. means in your case, at 400MHz.

btw, are you sure the other ram is ddr2 400?

For performance not. But for voltage, yes. For now, not worth for money.

But, overall DDR3 better than DDR2, think ahead of the future...

For now, most applications still not optimize for ddr3, but the performance between ddr3 1333 and ddr3 1600, not too far...but future applications definitely will take the advantage of ddr3 speed...
