Vista has crap support for older hardware.

Right click your driver software, goto properties, and choose XP SP2 Compatibility mode and try to install it

yeah thats because firefox is ram hungry..

was comparing 2gb vs 4gb
its insane for u to run on vista on 2 gb.
was a b*** getting all the drivers but so far everything works.
also for nvidia gpus advise to use the 101.7 driver from guru.
finally can play texas holdemup
also dreamscene and sidebar is more stabe with sli configs.

also till now no luck in getting ntune working...with all drivers..
graphic card is freakin hot...

Chipset? From what I read and use, cMedia and Realtek (AC'97) latest XP drivers will work. you need to go to Device Management, locate your sound hardware, right click, properties, drivers, update drivers, have disk, and locate the folder for the drivers. DO NOT INSTALL USING THE INSTALLER.
Creative Soundblaster have BETA drivers
